Received a gift card for Christmas. Card will not work online. Called the Body Shop numerous times and was told there was a problem and they were trying to fix it and it should be resolved soon. This has been going on for over two months. The nearest store to me is two hours away. This is unacceptable! Do they advise people that purchase their gift cards that they will be able to use them online?
