I was on my computer using these headphones and all of the sudden a ear-deafening high pitch sound was ringing throughout the headphones. It sounded like I had an air horn strapped to each ear. It was so loud that my people a floor above could hear me and I’ve had a ringing in my ear for the last 2 hours. I out of reflex threw the headphones off my head and unplugged them, and after replacing them in the mic doesn’t work. Is there anything y’all can do the replace them for me? This will decide if I continue to buy from Logitech in the future. Thanks
