We purchased our Epoch Garden window from Lowe's which included a "Lifetime" warranty. The seals on the window broke it began leaking and one of the side windows cracked. We went to Lowe's to get the repairs made only to find out that Epoch went bankrupt and the company that bought out Epoch went out of business. Lowe's could offer no assistance. I was told to contact Accuweld to seek assistance with this defective product that I can clearly see we are not the only people with this garden window and the same issues with it. I appreciate any assistance we can get with replacement.
