I was sending multiples emails to academic singles after trying on the website to cancel my account and desactivated the payment. In june july and august 2020 I received some robotic answers and now in january 2021 I checked my bank account and they stil take money from my credit card for an account closed and services that I no longer use e refused express with several email to the company, this is a criminal act. They have an unfonctionable website , the answers are robotic and no ons help, no one takes in conaideration our official requests .
