Forgot part of order

They delivered a futon, forgetting to hold the order until its parts were available. Then they tried to blame it on me for not telling them to hold it until complete. It's something they can mail to me and they are telling me to pick it up instead. For a few dollars, they can mail it to me and make this go away and have a forgiving customer but instead, they are getting me pissed due to their cheapness and inability to realize they may have made a mistake. Salesman Ross doesn't know how to service a sale.
