In the beginning of September 2018, I had engaged the services of a person by the name of Alex (Cell no. [protected] or [protected]) to fix my fridge. He quoted R400 for re-gassing. He arrived at my home and had a look at the fridge and said there was something else wrong and he would charge a further R300 to which I agreed. He advised that the repair is guaranteed for six months. The fridge worked for two weeks and then packed up. I got hold of Alex and he advised he will come over and make good the repairs. I had made many calls to him and received numerous promises from him to no avail. This guy, who is a foreigner, is a scam artist and cannot be trusted. please people, out there, take heed of my bad experience and stay away from people like this.
