Failed collection

hi my parcel was not collected today by Hermies and is still showing as live, i cannot rebook collection for tomorrow the earlieast is 2 days away. please can you let me know what is going on? User's recommendation: parcel2go has no live help, or contact details if they mess up, my advice is leave them well alone and book a decent delivery service.
