Extremely difficult to return items.

I have exchange 12 emails with them regarding return their products! Each and every time I received strong pushback to keep the items! Beyond frustrating! I am at my wits end trying to deal with them. Is there any way you can help? intervene? User's recommendation: NEVER use this company!

Usually they refuse if it has been tried on, because it is a product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. That was the answer to me. But how do I know if it suits me or not if I don't try it on?
