I PURCHASED A PAIR OF YOU'RE SHOES AT THE KING OF PRUSSIA MALL IN PA SUNDAY, IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING MY SHOES TUESDAY, OF COURSE TO NO AVAIL. I PRECEDED TO CALL THE STORE AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE AT MY DOOR THURSDAY, AGAIN TO NO AVAIL. THEN I SPOKE WITH ONE OF YOUR MANAGERS AT THE MALL AND HE ACTUALLY PUT HIS ASSISTANT MANAGER ON THE PHONE. I TOTALLY THINK THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR YOU'RE TEAM NOT TO CONNECT ME NOR THE MANAGER FULLY EXPLAIN User's recommendation: Unlikely.
