ESC support is going down the tubes

We have been a loyal subscriber of ESC for about eight years. For most of that time they have been very responsive to any issues and willing to make changes on future updates. Recently they were sold and since that time the support has been steadily getting worse! You call with a problem, they assign you a ticket and a promise to call back. Only if your lucky. Usually you have to call back several times over a few days until you can talk to someone to solve your problem. If I had a major problem I think I'd be screwed. That makes me very nervous. Its a good program but they seriously need to hire more staff to support their clients.
