On the 6th August I ordered Swarovski earings £4.99 + £3.99 p& p. Voucher code: [protected]. Also on the 6th August I ordered 2 table top insect repellants £16.95 + £4.99 p+ p. Order num: [protected]. told 10 working days for delivery. Please, Please will someone look into this for me. This is a lot of money to waste. If I do not get a reply this time, I am taking this to the financial Ombudsman.

Have the goods arrived? I had such a problem I was waiting for an order, I made an order but the order status I couldn't find it on thesite and waited for more than a month and then I was told that I had not made an order due to some technical error. no one apologized but then I saw that the money was not withdrawn and this made me happy
