Double Customs Payment requested – no refund

My package was requested to have a customs payment before pick up. Made a credit card payment. The parcel showed up at reception, to which the payment was requested again and made. They took $344 and have yet to refund it back. I've been waiting to hear back for 2 weeks now. The most appalling service I've ever had. I'd give 0 stars all around. User's recommendation: Do NOT use DHL for anything.
