Don’t stay Adagio Basel Hotel

I want to share my real experience. The story was happened 26 January 2012. I have booked 3 standard rooms at Adagio Basel Hotel via Agency for upcoming Baselworld 2012. I am the exhibitor of the trade and I have a reservation confirmation in my hand. But suddenly the agency sent me a letter said the hotel didn't keep the rooms for me and they want me to stay another hotel which is located on the boarder. I contacted the hotel directly, I talked to the Front Manager named Steffen Ruhland. His attitude was really really terrible. He said "don't have a room for you, and I DON'T CARE, you can come but you have to sleep in the lobby. I DON'T CARE what you feel. that's all I can do". The second time I called him again and fax to him my confirmation, I asked him for the head office number to find anyone I can talk and understand us, he hang up during conversation. I don't know how did the hotel choose this person to be a manager. If you don't want to experience like this. DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I wan't this to be an example to everyone.
