Doesn’t work – no refund!

I am not a computer expert but can get along with it most of the time and do what I need to do. However In November I entered into a 3 year contract with Cyberghost having previously had a 2 year agreement which worked OK. In this case the new arrangement has never got off the ground properly and has caused one problem after another and I have had enough of it. Cyberghost have tried to help but nothing they have offered has worked and after 2+ months I cannot go along further. I asked for a refund but, of course, they only have a 45 day period when they will give refunds and I am well outside that. Bearing in mind that I have a continuing problem they ought to offer something in recompense and the reason why I did not ask for a refund at the proper time was because my continuing problem was being worked on themselves and myself so it was not feasible to ask for a refund right in the middle of efforts to make the app. work. User's recommendation: Don't go there - but if you do Make sure you apply for your refund (if necessary) within their refunding period.
