My dentist has file a claim on 11/06/20 for pre-estimate but they are keep delaying to provide the cost even after providing everything they requested too many times. Paying the monthly premium on time but no service from them. Call few times but same answer that they now have everything and will process it within week. After week get the letter again that the claim is delay for 15 days. Never ever going to now get Cigna insurance again and not going to recommend anyone to get it. User's recommendation: Do not recommend Cigna to anyone.
