Arrangement wilted next day. Sent pictures. Many promises to redeliver. Promises of an upgrade - along with chocolates. Sheesh!!! Then promised to refund our son - who sent the flowers. Never happened. Finally figured out it was Teleflora who sourced the order to this florist. Had lengthy conversation with them. Sincerely double they will use them again. Totally Unscrupulous
