Do not fall for their high pressured sales.

Update by user Jan 28, 2020 I have contacted the Texas Attorney General Consumer Affairs department and filed an official complaint. I contacted the BBB and there has been no resolution either. As this location is a franchise and the corporate office cannot and will not help facilitate the complaint. Original review posted by user Dec 29, 2019 I was charged almost 8K for a hand held fat/scar removing machine and 24K facial products that were sold as the "fountain of youth". The products do not work!!! They have a 14 day no refund policy that they do not make you aware at the time of the sale. It is on the bottom of the receipt. The products are sold to you outside their original packaging so you cannot return them if you met the 14 day return policy. They need to be exposed and put out of business. I have contacted the Texas Attorney General Consumer affairs dept and my local representative to get this issue brought to justice. I will also contact the Houston BBB. Currently, Adore cosmetics in the Willowbrook Mall are not members of the BBB.
