I purchased a set of Henkel knives online from this ecommerce store on 1st January 2020. A few days later I get an email stating an issue with the address. I emailed them to find out what is the issue with the address so I could fix it. They emailed me back, completely ignored my question about the address, but told me the order has been cancelled and will be refunded. A month later I emailed them again asking where is my refund. I was told there is an investigation taking place. Nearly 2 months later, I still have not received any correspondence from the e-commerce store, despite several attempts to get some answers. I guess I probably lost about $200. Do not purchase from this store. They're completely unreliable and you'll probably end up losing money like me with zero answers.
