We came to Academy in Lufkin, TX. First time customer. We were helped by Reeves, in the sunglasses department. After much back and forth looking at Raybans, Nike and finally Oakleys, we hesitantly decided on the Oakleys, after multiple assurances by your associate, who was wonderful, that if for ANY reason we were not satisfied, we could bring them back. There was no box, so he told the checkout associate about it and he made a note on the receipt so that if we had to return the sunglasses there would be no problem. Tried returning today, with tags and receipt and were denied. Wont return!!! User's recommendation: Do not shop at Academy!!!!! Customer service does not back up what sales associates promise!!!
