I opened 5 checking accounts many years ago, 1 of which was to have canceled check copies at no fee. They have broken that promise/agreement added punitive measures. I have kept significant balances/received little or no interest for many years. Their Savings rates are at the bottom rung of the competitive rate ladder. I am very disappointed in the character of PNC. They do not give any authority or responsibility to branch personnel. Not good business relationship. I can not give a good or satisfactory opinion. I have been disappointed with them for a long time. Its not just a flash-in-the-pan opinion and it is not the branch but it is branch administration and corporate decision-makers The General Public should be fully informed! User's recommendation: Do not trust their character.
