Dishonesty and very poor communication and lack of customer service

They were not honest with me when I purchased the 2019 Kia Sorento LX October 2019. Then 3 months later car didn't start 4 times in 4 weeks. I have had nothing but headaches with them from mid Jan to mid March. They were supposed to find what was draining the battery but say they can't find anything wrong. They had my car over 30 days two different times, yet they have no paperwork showing me what work they performed to check for the problem. Many, many other things also I would be glad to talk to the owner about. How do I contact the owner? User's recommendation: Stay away from Crain Kia dealership in Bentonville. AR.
