Disappointment in the quality and lack of customer service for Breville products.

Toaster oven stopped working. Two calls to customer service. Not helpful at all. In the end, decided not worth fixing, so tossed it. Charge $109 to send in for repair which is outrageous. Their products look good on the outside but junk on the inside. They don't stand behind their products and they don't last long. User's recommendation: Don't buy BREVILLE brand anything!
