Disappointed in 2 patio products bought at walmart

I love your magazine & have been a long time subscriber along with my mother(since 1050's). I was excited about your patio umbrella & holder when I saw it at Walmart. The first time it was set up, the breeze knocked it over onto me. Scraped my arm, broke one of the stays & bend the plastic sleeve in the holder. I was shocked at the poor quality! It was purchased in Missoula, MT for our cabin But I'm now in CA. We are going back to Missoula over Labor Day. What can you do the rectify this poor quality? I do have the receipt. Thank you. User's recommendation: They did not respond to my complaint.
