DIGITZ Nail Salon – A bad mouth customer Service

I had purchase a groupon for the service - http://lakeforest.patch.com/groups/nancy-j-thorners-blog/p/bp--lake-bluffs-digitz-nail-salon-offers-professional3cc523d13f Stay away - I requested why I did not recieve a call on the confirmation - she sais she did. on asking further that why was no VM left - she did not answere that. She asked me why I do not show up - even before I said anything she said it is all 'bull ***'. This was not even a minute in the conversation. I do not appreciate such language as a professional service. You need to process refund and ban this service provider. Not only are they spoiling their own reputation but that of living social. Looks like they are doing lot of these. I am willing to show my phone record with no calls whatsoever from them. In hindsight - I would not have like to take my daughter where they use such words with client.
