difficulty with returning equipment

Account Number: [protected] I canceled my contract with DirecTV and have attempted to secure recovery kits for all 4 devices multiple times. I have been told many different things from your representatives ranging from: you need to call back each time and request a new kit because we can not send more than one to you at a time, you only need to send one and you can keep the others, you need to send one to use and the rest to another address, you will need to purchase shipping equipment yourself and send it to... At this point both my husband and I are very frustrated with this recovery process. We simply want to return the equipment to your company and remain in an amicable relationship with DirecTV as we have enjoyed services in the past but simply can not afford it at this time. In the future we wanted to be able to return to DirecTV when our financial situation changed but at this point it is difficult seeing that happen as we have ran into such difficulties with this process. It certainly seems as if salvaging this relationship is not important to DirecTV which is very disappointing. I certainly hope my feedback will help with serving others in future. How can this be resolved? Please send me the last recovery kit for the last mini genie so that I can return 1 master genie and 3 mini genies and avoid any fees associated with not returning this equipment.
