didn’t even get what I ordered.

I ordered from the site, they took the payment and shipped it, the package never came and after being stuck sitting around waiting for them to file a lost package claim they apparently never did becuase it says the package is in Mexico when I'm australia. Just continually told me to wait and now they have ignored my last 4 emails asking for details or a refund.
