Did not receive what was ordered and poor quality of flowers

Ordered an arrangement from 1800Flowers. Arrangement did not resemble what was purchased and quality of flowers very poor. They agreed to redeliver, but 3 days later delivered the same arrangement (though slightly more attractive), but still not what was pictured, but quality much better. Contacted them again, and they did offer to resend, but saw no reason to do this. Will not order from them again. User's recommendation: Order from someone else.
