I purchased the diamond eurotop mattress adjuster friendly mattress several months ago at banner mattress. I bought the mattress based on the diamond website advertising which states that this bed is adjuster friendly and has individually wrapped coils. My complaint and problem is.. I went to banner mattress to buy an adjustable bed and was told told that the mattress will not work with an adjustable base. .. And they referred me to diamond mattress company to get details... The website indeed advertises said mattress to be adjuster friendly etc and they told me to go back to banner mattress. Diamond mattress told me by telephone that yes.. This mattress is adjuster friendly and in fact they advertise 2 adjuster bases with the cadence mattresses. Well back and forth.. One person in warranty told me the advertising is wrong. There must be a typo.. But it is an entire advertising site with 3 different cadence beds stated as adjuster friendly. In fact.. One diamond mattress person told my by phone that all diamond mattresses are adjustable friendly. If there website is misrepresentive advertising of the product... My husband and I are stuck with the mattress as it will not work on an adjustable base. The bed is still under warranty.. But diamond says there is nothing wrong with mattress.. It just had errors in the product description. Please help. We are seniors and both my husband and I are in ill health.. I have lung disease and hiatal hernia and arthritis and my husband is 74 years old and has had open heart surgery. We live on limited income in hud public housing. We believed the diamond website mattress description. We need an adjustable bed.. But we cannot afford to buy another mattress and adjustable bed.
