On August 29th, 2021 your delivery driver put my package on my neighbors door, and took a picture of the package at the wrong address. I feel your organization needs to better train your employees to be more thorough and detailed deliveries causing less mistakes. The world is not kind. You have to be more customer service oriented! I was lucky I had a good relationship with my neighbor, but a lot of people don't, and my package left there could have caused unnecessary friction.
