Delivery charge

I placed an order (Dux 000643792) at around 6.30 last night on your website. Your ad said free next day or standard delivery if ordered between 6pm and 11pm, which is what I done. I also inserted the code Freeden. This is the second time in a couple of weeks this has hppaned. Can you sort this please. Regards, Ian.
