Delivered a wrong product

Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a automatic lighting gas burner but I received a manual lighting gas burner. I am try to to request for replacement/refund through app but for this purpose they says saler has no picup facility in this pincode 700032 but they delivered the same product in this pincode, that's why I can't submitted my request throught this Paytm app. Kindly try to replace/refund my product ASAP otherwise I need to moov through consumer forum. With Best Regards User's recommendation: This is the 2nd time facing the same problem after payment they send the wrong product.
