The office was rude, not helpful, and curt. The manager had a attitude problem when answering the phones and scoffed toward me on the phone. I dont understand how someone can talk to a patient like they are a animal. I am a loyal patient who is now considering never to return to the office. I like dr. smith but I do not know if I can stand the office. Its a shame that doctors representatives can't do thier job properly. Maybe Dr. smith needs to hire a new staff manager who has better people skills and phone skills.
