Deduct the charges

On 19may 2021 by 9:19pm you have deducted 10.43€, may I know for what reason you take my money from my account without asking me . I meed my money back anyhow otherwise i will go go for some legal action. I have seen many comments and questions below regarding same problem. So i hope you will understand and do it quickly.
