Tech did not put back on wheel cover liner after headlight replacement. Caused over $1000 worth of electrical components damage. Autonation corporate would never respond to emails or calls. Repeated attempts were made. Cadillac made it very hard to get a executive to discuss the issue with. In the end offered only $100 off the repair. All this after being a 30 yr customers and the 2nd dealer has had my car for 9 weeks and it cost me $650 to have it towed there. User's recommendation: Make sure you go to an independent certified Cadillac dealer and get the GM extended warranty.
