This is my first experience with dawn travel.I went to the hajj with my wife from Boston.The Service they provide worst.They are not capable to run the hajj program. When our group arrived at Jeddah Airport ,Aug 3rd, 2019,no dawn representative avaliable to provide assistance to hajjaj at airport. They mentioned many things in the advertisement but they were failed to provide those services. They do't have any private buses and dawn travel only depend government provide buses.They told us the buses are coming but they never showed up on time as they said.Buses late 5 to 6 hours. Our mina experienced was very bad they put 60 hujjaj in one camp where we have to spend five days of hajj and air conditioned was not working properly. I came every day to makkah at my hotel with other hajjaj to stay hotel during the day and spend around 1000 SR in transportation because mina tent they provide was not good as mentioned in ad.Administration was completely failed. I will not recommend anyone to go with Dawn Travel.
