Date Night In subscription box is very poor customer service, a renewal came out I did not, and did not realize would come out for $245 USD. I contacted their support and they refused to refund anything at all basically telling me “too bad so sad”. I gave some honest feedback as to what happened to me on their facebook and Instagram pages and they blocked me. As a customer I do not feel I have been treated fairly by this company and the service was not up to par.
