Damaged furniture, awful customer service

I ordered a bedroom set through Costco. It was delayed 2 weeks because the bed side rails were delivered to the wrong loading dock. Once they were finally delivered and ready to be installed the tech realized the side rails were damaged. It took weeks to get in touch with anyone from this horrible company. Finally after about 3 weeks new side rails magically appeared at my home. After numerous attempts to speak to someone I finally got a call. They set up installation to replace them and to fix some knicks on the drawers. When the tech opened the box he saw that the side rails WERE SPLIT IN 2!!! Also, the drawer on the dresser needs to be completely replaced. I have again made many attempts to contact Aanchal, a rep for Abbyson, customer service and just anyone in general to get things worked out. Again, no answer to emails, phone calls, nothing. I was told that someone would be here to pick up the broken side rails because the box is sitting, opened on my patio. Well 5 days later they're still there, getting full of rain and snow. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND COSTCO IS STUPID IF THEY CONTINUE TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! User's recommendation: 0 stars for anything....do not buy anything from them, if you do I know that you will regret it.
