This Cydcor company follows the same practices as all other Cydcor companies. They pay you NOTHING. This review however to to expose one of their disgusting practices. As with many other Cydcor companies, they expect employees to go on multiple day "business trips" to reach the far ends of their territory. They sent me, as a "leader" with 3 other gentlemen about 2 hours away from our office. This would be a day trip for most companies, but because they expect employees to work 12-14 hours a day (without anything resembling overtime pay) they put us up in a hotel. With 4 adults travelling, the manager booked 1 hotel room with 2 double beds. She expected grown men to share beds to save cost. This just goes to show how little they care about their employees. They have no regard for their well being, dignity, or financial status.
