Customer Privacy Doesn’t Exist Here
Apparently it is your company's policy for your employees to share your customers' personal and financial business with their families? I'd like to thank you for ruining the surprise of moving for my children, because one of your lovely employees took it upon herself to go home and tell her daughter that I was looking into moving. Thanks a lot. Very unprofessional. It was my understanding companies had to abide by the simplest of privacy rules. My bad. I bought this car in August. They picked it up before the first payment because it was a day late. Since then I've replaced 3 tires, it needed the wheel alignment fixed when I got it, the transmission overheats, the air conditioner vents are falling out, but I've been paying on time. I've fixed what I can. But this is the last straw. You don't get to gossip about your customers. That's not how businesses are ran.
