Dropped my car off the night before to have four tires installed and an alignment. I explained that I was going out of town on a long drive the following day with this car and had other things to do with the car to prepare. I was told that I would be the first car in and the car would be ready for pick up at approx 930. I called at 1035 and the car had not even been pulled into the bay to begin the work. 25 minutes later I called back and the car was in the bay but still no work had started. I told them to stop any work on the car and that I would pick it up. Unfortunately I was not in a position that day to lose 4 hours as I was prepping for a long drive the next day. They said the reason was two employees didn't show up for work so the were short handed. Not sure how that matters since my car was supposed to be the first one worked on anyway and hadn't been touched. Now I will drive the 600 miles on the old tires because I simply don't have the time to go somewhere else at this late time before we leave. Unfortunately this is the second time something like this has happened. I purchased four tires for another car ($1800) and was constantly delayed on when I could pick the car up. Cirrus has lost a long time customer of over 10 years. I won't be back. Recommendatio for others - there's too much competition to give curry's a chance. Go elsewhere
