Hello My husband purchased a Cudo voucher for me for my 50th birthday. A screen shot of the voucher with the redemption code is attached. The email linked to this purchase is [protected]@bigpond.com My birthday was on 29 May. We entered our fourth Melbourne Metro lockdown due to Covid cases from 27 May 2021. The restrictions have only started to ease since Friday 18 June 2021. I have also been dealing with the recent loss of both parents, legal issues and I had to cancel my 50th birthday celebrations and a holiday due to Covid restrictions. My voucher expired on 20 June 2021, but I want to be able to redeem it if possible. If not, then please give me a credit. I am a long-time customer and I have always used my vouchers on time prior to Covid. I called the venue and I left a message, but I did not hear back from them. I also emailed Cudo and they simply responded that the voucher expired and referred me to the terms and conditions of the purchase disregarding the circumstances.
