my wife took her Dodge Nitro in for an oil change and something that suppose to be 20 minutes turned out to be over an hour. After receiving the car back she noticed her license plate frame from another dealership where we purchases the car from was laying on the floor of the car and she noticed they replaced it with one of there own without even the courtesy of asking first. I wonder what else they *** of peoples cars when there in for service.. I spoke with the service manager and you could tell he didn't give a ***. This is twice I've had bad service never do business with this company you will not be treated well.. There are so many bad reviews about Crown Dodge why are they still in business.
