Crowdfundbuzz–CEO Howard Sherman is a SCAM

1

I will be filing a case against them with the FBI's IC3 Internet Crime division. I was scammed just like many people; also like many cases, Paypal decided to side with them, even though I provided enough proof and audio recordings to prove the fraudulent activities. Promises were made, but not delivered. Anyone who is willing to testify with me on this case is welcome to join. Please give me your full names and emails so I can perhaps use this to build the case. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Feel free to message me here, or my email ([email protected]) Frank Tsaur I will be attaching below this text a slightly edited version of the evidence I sent to Paypal regarding my case against Howard Sherman of Crowdfundbuzz. Please carefully review all the supporting documents and recordings that we have submitted. I place good faith in Paypal and I trust that this claim will be handled professionally and correctly. On the Crowdfundbuzz website there is a page that lists their refund policy. (website link here: http://crowdfundbuzz.com/our-p... These two promises are what makes our refund completely justifiable. 1. "Our performance guarantee is as simple as the policy you could expect from any company you pay for services of any kind: If we fail to deliver on any or all of our services you paid for, we will refund you 100% of what you paid for your crowdfunding advertising service." 2. "If we miss our daily duty in social media promotion three times over the course of your crowdfunding project you’ll get a refund." If you view their Twitter page, you'll notice they failed to post a promotion for my project on these dates: June 07, June 21 If you view their Facebook page, these are the dates where no posts were promoted as promised: June 2, June 3, June 4, June 5, June 6, June 7, June 9, June 10, June 11, June 12, June 13, June 14, June 15, June 16, June 17, June 18, June 20, June 21, June 22. Instagram had zero posts, while LinkedIn has no visible posts either. This alone should justify why I can get my refund back. However, I wanted to also list some very compelling reasons as to how the service we ordered was misrepresented and significantly not as described. Please view the attached document named:CFB package tiers 1 and 2. 1. Claim on CrowdFundBuzz's website: "Daily Social Media Promotion to nearly 40,000 people (and increasing daily) on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram and LinkedIn. You get advertising for up to SIX MONTHS for your project and/or website." The total amount of people following CrowdFundBuzz is 35,472 (Twitter, FB, Google+, and LinkedIn combined. Claiming they have nearly 40,000 is misrepresentation. Also, it is promised that we will have daily social media on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram AND LinkedIn. We did not get daily social media posted. We had zero on Instagram and LinkedIn. When we confronted him about this issue, he referred us to a statement in his terms&conditions: "Please note – due to the nature of LinkedIn and Instagram, we don’t promote every crowdfunding project to these networks every single day and some crowdfunding campaigns may not be place-able on LinkedIn or Instagram at all due to their nature and/or lack of suitable imagery." He never asked us for any imagery at all, when we could have easily sent him all the professional photos we have taken if he asked. If the absence of a promotion was due to the nature of our product, we find it hard to believe because on his Instagram page, he has many posts regarding similar products (women's underwear&lingerie). Even disregarding the LinkedIn and Instagram promise, Crowdfundbuzz did not post daily for the other social media sites. Their services were not delivered as described. 2. Second Claim on their website: "A Professional Press Release Written by an Experienced Copywriter". Our press release had plenty of mistakes and is not the work of a professional. We paid nearly $1,000 for this service. Howard Sherman's (founder of CrowdfundBuzz) main defense case is that he has delivered some services that cannot be returned; mainly the press release. We have zero intention of using the poorly drafted press release. I have attached the press release to this email to showcase the type of work that he has provided. For your convenience, here are the reasons why the press release is not acceptable: 1. Crowdfundbuzz promised a professional press release written by an experienced copywriter. The result did not deliver this claim. 2. Grammatical errors (even spelling my last name incorrectly and spelling our company name incorrectly) 3. It is true that he has offered to have someone else re-write the press release. However, at that point in time we already wanted to stop all relations with him and didn't want him to continue working. We asked for a refund. He denied the request. 3. Another Claim on their website: "Your own Dedicated Publicist" We were under the impression that we would have a true dedicated publicist (because they claim it on the website) we later found out from Howard Sherman himself, the CEO of this company, that HE is our publicist. He sent us an email on June 29th stating "I am your publicist." This raised a red flag because publicists need a bachelors degree (at minimum) in journalism, communications, and public relations. Howard Sherman has a Bachelor's in Management (from the University of Phoenix, an online college). I can supply this email, if needed. The amount of services promised in the package we ordered, is 14 services. At this point, none of them have actually been delivered. #1 & #2 have only been partially completed and the rest have not been fulfilled. Which is why we feel it is still appropriate to ask for a refund. However, Howard denied the request. Howard has offered to provide statistics regarding social media buzz to Paypal to support his claims. I actually encourage and hope that he does send these to Paypal because I've asked him before to show me these stats, on the phone, but he avoided the question and failed to provide them to me. There are many people like me who have been swindled by this company. I'm sure if you did a quick search either through Google ("CrowdFundBuzz Reviews") or through your Paypal database. You will find so many of us who have been trying to file claims against Howard Sherman and his company Crowdfundbuzz(RST Management LLC). Unfortunately, there are many cases where it apparently ruled in his favor. What's even worse, is that he now raised his top tier package price to $1,499.
