I've been waiting almost 4 months for a refund ($2295) after following the exact requirements in the contract to legally cancel. I have all receipts and correspondence and now have to go through the irritating process of filing complaints with the consumer protection agencies and with the NY State Attorney's office. Will probably end up in small claims court eventually. I tried VERY hard to work this out with the "owner" Ray Shepherd, but he had one excuse after the other and since 8/14 has now stopped responding to all correspondence. I sincerely hope that everyone stops falling for his sales pitch and he reaps what he sews!!!!!!
