Stay away from this guy. He uses the cheapest materials out there. If you complain about his work he gets very aggressive and makes every excuse not to fix anything. If you already hired him, you should fire him or hire someone to inspect his work before you pay him. Once that check clears your screwed. Your better of spending a few hundred bucks hire an inspector to com check his work out before you pay him. But if you haven't hired him throw his fake flyer in the trash and call someone else. He will lie and cheat to get what he wants.
