I do not recommend ever ordering furniture from Crawford Furniture. We ordered a recliner and loveseat in February and were told it would take 10 weeks to come in. After 23 weeks, it still had not come in. After having several conversations with the Hamburg location, Cheektowaga customer service, calls to the Jamestown location and even calling the manufacturer I got no answers. Each time I made a call to Crawford they said they would "look into it and get back to you." I did not receive a single call without calling again. Theresa from the Jamestown Warehouse was rude to me on the phone. In the end, we are waiting to receive our $100 deposit back and are canceling our order, since we chose to finance the rest of it! Never buy anything from them!
