We had to get a co signer as our credit to Hyundai was not good enough. we had to have a vehicle and I am sorry we decided to go there . Our co signer is older and has a suspended license which in Florida it is illegal to do. I could not be on my husbands car as an owner because my credit score was a little lower. not bad but not good enough. Now our insurance company is cancelling our insurance due to the law. We were not even aware of this law. When we went to talk with motor vehicles and the lender we were told it was all about whose name was on contract. So off to crown we go they told us we had to refinance or change insurance cos. {makes no sense there}. so now we have a new used wonderful vehicle parked in our backyard while we make payments on someone elses car. how fair is that? we have to take a bus or borrow our friends vehicle ... there is nothing we an do at this point. I would never recommend this place. fast talking liars. after I talked to DMV again I was told it IS possible for a cosigner to not be on registration but the buyer has to inform dealer at time of contract signing.Our first contract was ripped up and a second was made out. I am helping with payments and my husband did pay the deposit and we cant drive it. WE DONT EVEN OWN IT! just be careful when dealing with these guys. They were all nice but once you are out the door and contract signed you become no one again. what a mess they have made of our lives. They still blame financer....... I blame crown Hyundai. two face. research very carefully and if you still decide to do business here READ THE CONTRACT THROUGHLY BEFORE YOU SIGN. know the laws please beware that is all. I am not happy with this transaction. vehicle is excellent got a good deal price wise but we cant drive it with no insurance. the part that really stinks is even when we pay it off it wont be ours and we will pay it off. They lied many times to cover for each other and the smirk on the face when he knew we were stuck in a contract that sucked. buyer beware, just sayin tread carefully when dealing with dealers. especially this one.
