CONFIRM AND RECONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION

We made reservations on October 5, 2019, we received our confirmation email right away . However when we arrived at the Hampton Inn on Teaster Lane in Pigeon Forge TN, on November 2, 2019, we were told our reservation had been canceled on October 10, 2019. They could not figure out how this happened, possibly corporate was overbooked ?? We had just driven almost 6 hours to arrive there. We received no email or phone call to let us know that someone had cancelled our reservation. They set us up at a Hampton Inn in Kodak, TN, said it would be even better with more amenites…. It was a plain room, with nothing better about it. Plus it was 25 miles back the opposite way in the middle of nowhere !! We had to stay there that night, because we were tired and frustrated, but we checked out the next morning and checked into a super nice Marriott, right beside the original Hampton Inn. To top it off, this was our 1st wedding anniversary....and we had planned this trip for over a month, and Hampton Inn got our trip started off in a bad way....
