Hi, I recently purchased a Miu Miu coat and pair of PRADA trainers from your Woodbury common store on Friday 12th March 2021. The lady serving me was lovely, however she didnt mention anything about the coat being final sale. When I went to pay for my items I questioned the total as I was unaware how much tax you charged. I explained I wanted to take the coat to try with a thicker jumper & asked what the return policy was. The lady at the till who may I add was extremely rude, told me I could return the items & would get a refund. She also failed to mention anything about a final sale for the coat. When I received my receipt after I purchased I then took my items home. Only to learn that there was a stamp saying final sale I called the store & asked again what the return policy was. They assured me I could return the items. So yesterday Monday 16th March. I returned back to the outlet which is an hour out of the way from where I am currently staying. The same rude & very arrogant lady was on the tills. She told me I could not return the coat and only the trainers. She then laughed at me & asked if I do not read receipts like I was stupid. I then replied stating that the receipt was handed to me after I had made the purchase? So how am I supposed to know its final sale if you dont tell me then just stamp it that way. She called her manager over who I believe to be called Drew. He was just as rude and unhelpful as said he couldnt do anything with this matter and I should have asked before purchasing? Surely this is not how a customer should be treated when they are spending over $1000 in your store? I am disgusted in the service & feel because I had a different accent I have been victimised & treated with the upmost disrespect. I have then noticed on my bank account that the refund for the trainers is nowhere near the amount taken from me in the first place with the tax. All in all this has been a terrible experience and I want to take this further as Im truly upset and disappointed with the service I have received from a high class designer brand like yourselves.
