Clairol nice’ n easy Light ash Brown 6A

I recently went to use the above product, and inside the sealed box were 2 conditioners, and there wasn't any hair color. The box contained 1, 3, 3. There wasn't any 2. UPC code on the box [protected]. It was purchased at Shop Rite on Olden Ave, in Ewing New Jersey. You also can't get through on your 800 number. Thank you for your assistance. Cathy Bongiovanni
